Book Recommendations

Young Reader's Choice Award (YRC) - Nominations for the YRC are taken from children, parents, teachers, and librarians in the Pacific Northwest. The Junior Division books are recommended for 4th to 6th grade.
Sasquatch Award - Washington Library Media Association's Sasquatch Award is designed for grades 3-6.
Washington Children's Choice Award (WCC) - The Washington Children's Choice Award is selected annually by Washington State's K-3 students, who vote for this award through their school librarian.
Global Reading Challenge (GRC) - The Global Reading Challenge is a Battle of the Books Program for 4th and 5th graders enrolled in Seattle Public Schools.
American Library Association Awards - Go here to find the yearly Newbery, Caldecott, and other great book and media awards!
