When:  Saturday, October 24th 6:00-8:00pm in the Cafeteria & Gym

Volunteer Needs - please contact Jane Rowley (rowley_jane@yahoo.com)

• Set up.  Friday Oct. 23rd 4:30 - 8:45pm and Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm.  You don't have to commit for the entire time.  If we can only have you for a 2-hour time block, we'll take you! 
• Tear down.  Saturday, Oct 24th after the event 8:00-9:00pm.  We need a big crew!
• Goodies.  We need baked goods for the bake sale!  All baked goods must be dropped off to the gym on Saturday the 24th before 6pm.  NO NUTS PLEASE.
• Fun Booths.  Each class is requested to staff a booth so please be on the look out for mail from your room rep and volunteer!

Candy Alternative

We are looking for healthy, economical alternatives to giving out candy as prizes at the fun booths.  Do you have creative ideas and know vendors that might be able to supply our event?
