Playground Renovation Project Needs Your Support!

Summer 2010 Goal:  Raise $30,000 to purchase and install the new net climbing structure

·         No donation is too small

·         The PTSA has agreed to dollar for dollar match up to $10,000

·         Ask grandparents and/or family to contribute towards “better play”

·         Construction begins this August; the more funds received means more renovations can be scheduled now

How to donate:

·         School Lobby – in the JSIS Playground “donation” box or PTSA mailbox

·         By Mail (Send tax-deductible donations to JSIS PTSA, 4057 5th Avenue N.E., Seattle, WA 98105.  Make checks out to JSIS PTSA and write ‘PLAYGROUND’ on your check.)

OR

·         BRING YOUR DONATION to the END OF YEAR ICE CREAM SOCIAL, Monday, June 21st 6:30-8:30PM.

The New Net Climber is designed to challenge older students to develop upper body strength and has a 35-40 person capacity.

Below is a photo of the type of playground structure we are hoping to install. Please note that this is for illustration purpose only and the final structure might be slightly different.
